Specialist Digital Transformation

Job Description
Purpose Co-lead integrated digital and omni/multi-channel marketing to rapidly meet business needs. Partner with local and regional stakeholders to standardize digital assets, platforms, and tools aligned to the Business Units strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the omnichannel content direction with Marketing and Medical; create customer journey–based content.
• Co-lead rollout of digital platforms; train and enable local teams.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders; align with regional teams on strategy execution.
• Drive email campaigns, SEO/SEM, paid media, and virtual events with external vendors.
• Optimize HCP experience and engagement; incorporate customer feedback into platforms.
• Provide ongoing digital support; contribute to digital plans for priority portfolios.
• Upskill colleagues on platforms and tools; partner with Data & Analytics to activate insights.

Stakeholders

• External Digital/creative agencies; MarTech/tech providers.
• Internal Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Strategy & Execution Excellence, and others.

Requirements

• Education Bachelor's in economic-administrative fields (e.g., Business, Economics, Marketing) or Engineering.
• Experience 1 year in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in marketing.
• Language English advanced preferred.
• Skills Omnichannel strategy and execution (email, web, SEO/SEM, paid media, social, virtual events), marketing automation/CRM, vendor and project management, digital analytics, stakeholder communication.
