Objetivo del puesto:

Efectuar el cobro de la mercancía adquirida por el cliente, ofreciendo artículos complementarios u ofertas para aumentar la venta.

Responsabilidades:

  • Conocer y aplicar los estándares del área de Cajas de Autoservicio.
  • Revisar diariamente que el sistema de cobro funcione correctamente.
  • Elaborar ticket y realizar cobro al cliente.
  • Solicitar al Gerente de Tienda / Subgerente de Tienda la autorización de pagos con tarjetas bancarias.
  • Realizar solicitud de morralla.
  • Entregar al Gerente de Tienda / Subgerente de Tienda retiros de efectivo.
  • Realizar corte de caja.
  • Realizar procedimiento para cambio de mercancía y cancelaciones.
  • Realizar limpieza del sistema de cómputo y accesorios del área de caja.
  • Llevar control de lista de materiales de caja.
  • Surtir artículos de caja.
  • Apoyo a cajas mostrador y/o módulo cuando la operación la requiera
  • Apoyar en la capacitación del personal de nuevo ingreso (En caso de ser madrina/padrino)
  • Asistir a Minijuntas y Juntas Formales realizadas por el Gerente de Tienda / Subgerente de Tienda.
  • Apoyar en la limpieza y acomodo de la tienda al cierre de la misma
  • Asistir a cursos correspondientes del área
