Requisitos del puesto

  • Ingeniería en Ciencias de la Computación, Informática, Inteligencia Artificial (IA), Ciencia de Datos o afín.
  • Experiencia demostrada en el diseño de prompts en entornos de LLM de grado de producción (por ejemplo, OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
  • Sólida comprensión de la arquitectura RAG, bases de datos de evaluación y formatos de salida estructurados como JSON.
  • Experiencia o antecedentes en lingüística, psicología, diseño de aprendizaje o modelado de la comunicación.
  • Experiencia tendiendo puentes entre los dominios creativo y técnico, siendo capaz de trabajar fluidamente tanto con diseñadores instruccionales como con ingenieros.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en la ambigüedad, prototipar rápidamente y refinar basándose en los datos de rendimiento de los prompts.
  • Familiaridad con plataformas de experiencia de aprendizaje, modelado del comportamiento humano o simulaciones de habilidades de comunicación es un plus.

Responsabilidades del puesto

· Diseñar la estructura y refinar los prompts (instrucciones) para entornos complejos de producción de Modelos de Lenguaje Grande (LLM).

· Implementar y gestionar arquitecturas de Generación Aumentada por Recuperación (RAG) utilizando salidas estructuradas basadas en formato JSON.

· Desarrollar y mantener rúbricas de evaluación y conjuntos de datos de prueba de prompts para medir la calidad y la alineación de las salidas del LLM.

· Traducir objetivos de aprendizaje abstractos y escenarios de interacción humana en un comportamiento de IA efectivo impulsado por prompts.

· Actuar como enlace estratégico entre los equipos creativos de simulación y los ingenieros técnicos de IA, asegurando la fidelidad narrativa y la precisión técnica.

· Guiar el proceso de desarrollo iterativo de prompts, desde la ideación hasta la implementación, basándose en rúbricas psicológicas y de comunicación.

· Contribuir a la evolución de los procesos, herramientas y mejores prácticas de ingeniería de prompts para un despliegue escalable a nivel de producción.

Prestaciones y beneficios

  • Sueldo entre $35,000 y $50,000 libres, de acuerdo a experiencia y aptitudes.
  • Prestaciones de ley y superiores.
  • Horario de Lunes a viernes de 9:00am a 6:00pm.
  • Fácil acceso a Col. Americana.
