Nepanoa has partnered with a client in the search for a Senior Software Engineer.

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong full-stack background and the ability to work in a dynamic, global engineering environment. This role plays a key part in developing advanced digital solutions used worldwide in sports, entertainment, transportation, and commercial industries.

The position will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain modern software applications. It requires a proactive professional who thrives in collaborative environments, embraces continuous improvement, and is committed to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain high-quality software applications using C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Develop solutions within microservices architectures, including Kubernetes, ASP.NET Core, Azure, and REST APIs.
  • Build front-end interfaces using HTML5, Angular, and WPF.
  • Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Use tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft Teams to support development workflows.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and support customer escalations when needed.
  • Work closely with international engineering teams across time zones to integrate systems and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through experimentation, feedback, and adoption of modern development practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming.
  • Proven experience developing web-based applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Advanced English, written and spoken.

Preferred

  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
  • Valid US visa.
