Sobre La Posición
We are looking for a As an Accounts Receivable Analyst - Temporary to join the Electronic Systems Finance team, reporting directly to the Plant Controller.

This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst - Temporary , you will be part of the Finance team, responsible for managing the control and follow-up of invoices, as well as recovering the customer portfolio. This is a temporary position, lasting between 6 months to 1 year, based on a specific project. Your work will directly contribute to Marelli's financial flow, ensuring efficient and accurate processes in account management.

Tus Responsabilidades Serán

• Controlling and tracking client invoices and receipts.
• Issuing payment proposals and generating invoices (manual, pre-bill, and commercial).
• Data integration and pre-bill reconciliation.
• Recording collections and payments for three companies.
• Performing monthly closings for accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) modules.
• Managing accounts for both national and international clients.
• Generating payments.
• Ensuring compliance with the Environmental Policy and understanding environmental objectives related to the role.

Qué Cualificaciones Traerás

• University degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, or Finance.
• At least 1 year of experience in a financial or similar area.
