Your New Role
Genera los reportes de funcionalidad y de situaciones en donde los sistemas puedan contravenir los datos del estado clínico de los pacientes. Provee la información técnica y de funcionalidad suficiente que promueven las soluciones requeridas. Influye en las áreas técnicas para que los laboratorios adopten soluciones de nuestra marca.

What You'll Be Doing In Your New Role

  • Provee soporte y verificación para garantizar la correcta funcionalidad de los sistemas QuidelOrtho, mediante pruebas cualitativas y cuantitativas alineadas con normativas vigentes (CLSI, EMA, CLIA) en Q.C. y Banco de Sangre.
  • Capacita a usuarios en la operación de analizadores y ensayos QuidelOrtho, asegurando una correcta adopción y satisfacción del cliente.
  • Impulsa la expansión de menú en conjunto con el equipo de Ventas, comunicando los beneficios y el valor clínico de los ensayos.
  • Atiende y resuelve consultas técnicas o clínicas, escalando los casos cuando sea necesario para asegurar respuestas oportunas al cliente.
  • Entrena a equipos de Ventas, Ingeniería y distribuidores en aspectos técnicos y de aplicación de los productos, destacando atributos clínicos, técnicos y de eficiencia.
  • Apoya las iniciativas de Marketing mediante demostraciones, presentaciones, eventos y retroalimentación de mercado, participando activamente en reuniones con Marketing y Ventas para el seguimiento de resultados.

The Individual

  • Licenciatura en Química, Biología o afín.
  • Experiencia en manejo de plataformas y enfoque a cliente.
  • Experiencia en trabajo de laboratorio o Banco de Sangre.
  • Inglés 80%
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
