Job Summary
Development / Implementation and Improvement of processes, keeping machines running efficiently. Taking corrective and preventive actions to solve problems using established methodologies. Continuous improvement in Productivity and Scrap indicators. Ensuring that equipment operates safely.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Ensure that the equipment complies with safety procedures and standards.
- Identify and analyze machine inefficiencies to implement solutions that increase productivity.
- Efficient process design and development of procedures.
- Meet the requirements of Production, NPI, and Engineering Changes.
- Collaborate in meeting the TVC.
