You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the communications team, including intranet and key processes
  • Collaborating with copywriters and designers to maintain priority areas of the intranet
  • Creating, editing, and publishing urgent or light content as needed
  • Maintaining audience lists and ensuring accurate segmentation
  • Optimizing intranet processes and governance through continuous improvement
  • Monitoring intranet comments and community, responding promptly or escalating technical issues
  • Project managing crisis events and media requests, engaging the right stakeholders at the right time

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or related field
  • 2+ years communications experience
  • Advanced English Level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with advanced user capabilities
