What You Will Do?

The Data Science Lead/Specialist will be instrumental in transforming raw marketing and customer data into predictive models and actionable insights that directly drive marketing performance and customer lifetime value. This role requires deep technical expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and a passion for solving complex business problems in the marketing domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design, build, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models (e.g., LTV prediction, churn propensity, next-best-action recommendations, lead scoring) for production use within the MarTech stack.
• Attribution & Incrementality: Lead the development of marketing mix models (MMM) and multi-touch attribution (MTA) models, as well as A/B and lift test design and analysis to accurately measure the causal impact of marketing spend.
• Segmentation: Develop sophisticated customer segmentation and clustering algorithms to enable hyper-personalized targeting and content strategies.
• Insight Generation: Conduct deep exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends, customer behavior patterns, and optimization opportunities across the entire customer journey.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the MarTech Lead and Data Engineering to translate analytical findings into clear business narratives and executable marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate degree in computer science, mathematics, operations research, engineering, or other technical disciplines.
• Proven experience applying Data Science to marketing, e-commerce, or advertising technology (AdTech/MarTech).
• Expert proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and libraries for machine learning (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Deep understanding of experimental design (A/B testing, incrementality testing).

Work Properly.

Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis.
