Are you a hands-on Project Manager with strong technical skills and passion for leading complex projects from start to finish? This is your opportunity to join a North American multinational, a global leader in industrial machinery, currently in rapid expansion across Latin America.
Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León – On-site
Company: Global manufacturer of capital equipment and automation systems for the industrial sector.
What you'll do:Lead industrial machinery projects from contract signature to installation at the customer site;
Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle;
Coordinate cross-functional teams: engineering, software, mechanical assembly, testing, and commissioning;
Manage project scope, timeline, cost, and quality;
Run regular project meetings, track progress and risks, and report status updates to stakeholders;
Drive technical issue resolution and support decision-making during execution.
Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or similar;
Experience managing technical projects involving industrial equipment (OEM, integrators, capital goods, automotive, etc.);
Solid knowledge of mechanical systems and project engineering;
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
Advanced or fluent English for global collaboration;
PMI certification or formal project management training is a strong plus.
