Responsabilidades

Objetivo Del Puesto

Dar seguimiento al Plan Operativo de EHS local y a los objetivos mensuales establecidos para las instalaciones de MSA México, manteniendo una alineación constante con los requerimientos corporativos definidos dentro de la estrategia global de EHS.

El Coordinador de EHS será responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones legales y gubernamentales en materia de seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente, promoviendo una cultura de seguridad y mejora continua dentro de la organización.

  • Monitoreo de indicadores clave (NH, LTI, LTIR) y Gembas de seguridad.

    Asegurar el seguimiento y análisis de datos de incidentes e impactos cercanos, identificando áreas o procesos con oportunidades de mejora. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los programas globales de EHS y mantener conformidad con los requerimientos de Protección Civil y demás autoridades nacionales.
  • Gestión de las áreas de limpieza, seguridad patrimonial y enfermería.

    Supervisar el correcto funcionamiento de estos servicios internos, asegurando condiciones seguras e higiénicas en las instalaciones, el resguardo patrimonial de la empresa y la atención médica adecuada a los empleados. Dar seguimiento a casos de salud ocupacional y situaciones de alto riesgo en coordinación con el Seguro Social.
  • Desarrollo de programas de capacitación, seguridad y medio ambiente.

    Mantener actualizada la matriz de capacitación y adiestramiento (JSA), promover programas de prevención y mejora continua en temas de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente. Analizar situaciones de riesgo para implementar medidas preventivas y asegurar el manejo adecuado de los residuos generados por la empresa.
  • Seguridad en maquinaria y equipo.

    Actualizar y validar las evaluaciones de riesgo de seguridad de los equipos (ESRAs), asegurando que las herramientas y estaciones de trabajo cumplan con los requerimientos de ergonomía y seguridad. Verificar y aplicar los objetivos establecidos en el plan de EHS.
  • Relaciones interdepartamentales e influencia organizacional.

    Fomentar relaciones efectivas con las distintas áreas de la planta para garantizar la implementación de prácticas seguras. El Coordinador de EHS debe influir de manera positiva y profesional en la organización, promoviendo una cultura de seguridad y responsabilidad compartida.

Requisitos

Experiencia requerida:

De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en áreas de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente (EHS), preferentemente en entornos industriales o manufactureros.

Experiencia preferida:

Nivel de inglés intermedio.

Educación requerida:

Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Seguridad, Ciencias de la Salud o áreas relacionadas.

Educación preferida:
