IT SPECIALIST WORKPLACE SERVICES

Responsibilities

  • Computer hardware and Desktop application support.
  • Networking fundamentals (ISP, IP, DNS, subnets, routing, switching, cable management).
  • Windows 11 and Intune Company Portal.
  • Remote access and VPN systems.
  • Microsoft Azure administration.
  • Office 365 suites, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) software administration.
  • Printer troubleshooting and support.
  • Multifactor authentication (MFA) concepts.
  • Asset management.
  • IT procurement supply management
  • Installation, troubleshooting, and support of system hardware and software.
  • Server Room Management, including best practices.
  • LAN and WLAN network knowledge with basic troubleshooting capabilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer systems or a related field.
  • Conversational proficiency in English required.
