still can't access fair credit or crop protection.

AI, satellite data, and modern fintech rails
to turn each acre into an underwritable asset: verifying crop conditions, pricing risk, and unlocking instant credit and insurance for farmers who've historically been left out.

We're live in Mexico with

monitored, and we're backed by top investors (including Sequoia scout, Hustle Fund, and operators from Affirm, NerdWallet, Granular and Stanford GSB).

The role

We're looking for a
Frontend Engineer
who loves clean UIs, clear writing, and collaborating with AI coding tools. You'll own core product surfaces that farmers, lenders, and insurers use every day.

You will:

  • Build and ship features in
    14, React 18, and TypeScript
    .
  • Work with
    Material UI
    , our design system, and geospatial components (maps, layers, polygons).
  • Implement forms, file uploads, and data-heavy views with attention to detail.
  • Write tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright) so we can safely move fast with AI assistance.
  • Collaborate with founders and product to turn messy real-world workflows into simple interfaces.
  • Use AI tools (Cursor / Copilot / ChatGPT) to generate tests, refactors, and boilerplate while keeping code quality high.

What we're looking for (must-haves)

  • Strong reading comprehension and writing
    – you're comfortable reading specs and writing clear comments and docs.
  • Problem-solving mindset
    – you can break down vague requirements into shippable components.
  • Based in US or Mexico with very strong English reading/writing
    and solid spoken English.
  • Solid design taste
    – you notice when padding is off, typography is inconsistent, or flows feel clunky.
  • High attention to detail
    – in UI, code style, and edge cases.
  • Experience with
    React + TypeScript
    building production apps.
  • Comfortable working in a
    small, fast-moving team
    , doing reviews, and giving/receiving feedback.
  • English fluency for technical docs and async collaboration; Spanish proficiency and clear communication preferred
