About The Role
We are looking for a high-impact
Oracle Cloud Financials Techno-Functional Analyst
who is ready to roll up their sleeves and deliver results.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business and technology, driving process optimization and ensuring seamless performance of our
Oracle ERP Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).
You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to design, configure, and enhance Oracle Financial systems that support Watlow's global operations and strategic growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM)
• Drive business discussions and recommend best practices for financial system improvements.
• Perform gap analysis and propose innovative, scalable Oracle ERP solutions.
• Develop, customize, and extend Oracle Financial applications using PL/SQL, configuration, and security tools.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, ensuring smooth system performance.
• Maintain and improve system integrations with other Oracle and non-Oracle applications.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• Develop and manage custom reports using Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, or other tools.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, audit, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or IT relate is required.
• 5–7 years of experience focused on Oracle Financials or ERP systems.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
• Experience with P2P, O2C, and R2R processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Oracle APIs, interfaces, and data conversions.
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials and its security model.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business outcomes. Advanced level of English (conversational and written)
• Relevant Oracle certifications a plus.

Availability to travel when needed.
