Job objective:

Responsible for the successful launch of new products, monitoring validation events, and providing support in APQP gates, as well as tracking the products throughout their entire lifecycle.

  • Industrial, automotive, mechatronics, electrical, or related engineering degree.
  • Proven experience in automotive industry.
  • Advanced English (ESSENTIAL).
  • Knowledge of automotive leather processes.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of FMEA and Control Plan.

Responsibilities:

· Document, together with the R&D department, the validation of formulas, process flows, and parameters for new items and engineering changes.

· Comply with and provide evidence at the corresponding GATES (APQP phases).

· Receive, label, manage, control, and ensure the integrity and latest level of customer-approved Masters and work standards.

· Comply with document and record control according to QMS guidelines.

· Participate in internal and external customer audits related to products and QMS projects.

Experience:

· Product or process engineering: 1 year (required)

· Leather Industry: 1 year (required)

· Experience in the implementation of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP): 1 year (required)

· Control Plan, SPC, DOE: 1 year (required)
