Descripción del empleo

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo de:
  • Chillers y equipos de refrigeración adiabática
  • Máquinas de moldeo por inyección de plástico 2K
  • Robots lineales y de 6 ejes
  • Moldes de inyección de plástico
  • Secadores y periféricos
  • Garantice el correcto funcionamiento y mantenimiento de todo el equipo para optimizar la eficiencia de la producción
  • Solucionar problemas y reparar los sistemas mecánicos, eléctricos e hidráulicos según sea necesario
  • Mantenga registros y documentación de mantenimiento precisos

Requisitos

Cualificaciones:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica o campo relacionado
  • Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en plantas de moldeo por inyección de plásticos
  • Amplios conocimientos de hidráulica industrial e ingeniería eléctrica
  • Familiaridad con las normas del sistema de gestión de calidad IATF 16949
  • Experiencia demostrada en el mantenimiento y reparación de enfriadores, equipos de refrigeración adiabática y máquinas de moldeo por inyección de plástico 2K
  • Dominio de la localización de averías y la reparación de robots lineales y de 6 ejes
  • Gran conocimiento de las prácticas de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo
  • Capacidad para leer e interpretar manuales técnicos, planos y esquemas
  • Experiencia con sistemas informatizados de gestión del mantenimiento (CMMS)
  • Excelente capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas
  • Gran capacidad de comunicación y de trabajo en equipo
  • Disposición para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo noches y fines de semana según sea necesario
