Job Title: Treasury / Cashier Specialist (Mexico)

Location: Mexico (Onsite / Hybrid – specify)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash receipts and payments for the Mexico entity

  • Operate SPEI system for local and urgent bank transfers

  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

  • Prepare and submit daily cash position reports

  • Support CFDI-related payment documentation and compliance

  • Liaise with local banks regarding accounts, documentation, and operations

  • Ensure accuracy, internal controls, and compliance with local regulations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Treasury / Cashier / Cash Management experience in Mexico

  • Strong knowledge of SPEI, Mexican banking operations, and cash processes

  • Familiarity with CFDI (payment and reconciliation perspective)

  • Experience in daily cash reporting and bank reconciliation

  • High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset

  • English communication skills preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience in multinational or shared service environments

  • Cross-border or multi-currency exposure
