About the role
As a Buyer at Watlow, you will be responsible for managing internal purchasing requests, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment. Your work will directly support supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, and service levels.
We are looking for a results-driven problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset, who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and builds strong relationships with internal and external partners.
What You'll Do

Manage internal purchase requests and generate external purchase orders.

Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers.

Track deliveries, follow up on late shipments, and resolve supplier issues.

Evaluate suppliers and support supply base development.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor´s degree in Management, Industrial Engineer, Logistics or related field.

3+ years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain.

Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, customer service focus and proactive attitude.

Conversational English is required.
