Responsabilidades:

Responsible for the maintenance and adjustment of Kilns equipment

  • Notify to the Kilns Coordinator about failure of the equipment
  • Participate in the program training of his position and area
  • Reset the equipment in case of electrical failure
  • Make monthly survey of combustion equipment and develop control charts daily. Provide fault report and required parts for hydraulic, pneumatic and combustion zones. Take control of materials inputs.
  • Monitor monthly gas consumption.
  • Maintain the controllers every month. Maintain transfer conveyors.
  • Make changes to burn curves.

Requisitios:

FORMAL EDUCATION: Technical in Industrial Engineering or Similar

EXPERIENCE: 3 years in Kilns Production KNOWLEDGE: Combustion, Statistics, PLC, Measurement devices, Chinaware kilns SKILLS: Responsable, Innovative / Adaptable, Colaborator / Reliable, Comitted
