Our Durango operation is growing, and we are seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive Sales Coordinator to support customer communication, data management, and internal coordination.

Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales and account management teams by handling customer requests, managing data, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely responses. This role requires strong attention to detail, fast reaction times, and comfort working with large amounts of data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and accurately to customer and supplier inquiries.
  • Review and verify data with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Escalate issues early—before they become problems—to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work comfortably with large datasets, especially in Excel.
  • Support internal teams with order tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  • Maintain clear communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to take quick action and respond on time to customer and supplier needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to check data carefully.
  • Proactive mindset; willing to raise concerns early, even before issues escalate.
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of numerical data in Excel without stress.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Education Requirements

  • Licenciatura completed in one of the following areas:
  • Administración de Empresas
  • Ingeniería Industrial
  • Comercio Internacional
  • Contaduría
  • Or a related administrative or technical field
  • Technical degrees (carreras técnicas) in administration, logistics, or industrial processes may be considered for strong candidates.
  • Intermediate Excel skills required; advanced Excel is a plus.
  • Basic English preferred; intermediate English is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or electronics industries.
  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or supply chain coordination.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
