Role:
Jr. Enterprise Architect

Location:
Remote in Mexico

Key Skills:
SAP LeanIX, JIRA, Cloud platforms, Data (Snowflake, Power BI, Sigma or Tableau), GenAI tools

Fulltime Permanent Position with HCLTech

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain our EA repository (SAP LeanIX) updated and ensure governance and data quality in collaboration with other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects and business stakeholders to analyze and document current-state architecture and models.
  • Support gap analyses and impact assessments to support strategic planning and transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including capability models, standards, roadmaps, and reference architecture.
  • Support the evaluation and selection of technology solutions that align with enterprise standards and business needs.
  • Assist in the development of architecture governance processes and ensure compliance with architectural standards.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with
    SAP LeanIX
    and Jira.
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, business analysis, or IT strategy.
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.
  • Experience with Analytic reports, Dashboards and platforms such as Power BI, Sigma or Tableau and Proficiency in modeling tools (e.g., Draw.IO, Lucid Charts, Visio).
  • Detailed oriented, Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Certified Business Architect).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of data architecture, application architecture, and integration patterns.
