Jr. Client Project Coordinator

In this role, you will coordinate and manage various aspects of client projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating collaboration between content delivery specialists, technical experts, and business managers, while serving as a key point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Serve as a pivotal point of contact for stakeholders involved in project execution.
- Oversee the administrative and logistical elements of professional services engagements.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on project activities by gathering, compiling, and summarizing relevant data.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to support the team's strategic objectives.
About You
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in software applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Intermediate to expert knowledge in enterprise management systems and learning management systems preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools (e.g., enterprise management systems).
- Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
- Customer experience focused.
