About Our Client
Our client is a
no-code drag-and-drop platform
designed to make building and deploying AI workflows fast and intuitive. Their platform enables companies to
visually design AI pipelines
, connecting data sources with powerful Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT to automate complex business processes.

Their customers use the platform to build solutions such as:

  • Chatbots & Assistants: AI agents that interact with users, answer questions, and complete tasks using internal data and APIs.
  • Document Processing: Applications that summarize, extract insights, and answer questions from any document, no matter the length.
  • Database Querying: The ability to ask GPT-like models questions directly about Notion, Airtable, Postgres, and other databases.
  • Content Creation: Generating tags, summaries, and transforming data and documents across various platforms.

Role Overview
We're looking for a
dynamic Sales Specialist
to spearhead our startup's growth. This is a pivotal role focused on
prospecting and outreach
, helping us build and scale our sales pipeline from the ground up. As one of our first non-engineering hires, you'll play a key part in
shaping and executing our growth strategy
, driving new business opportunities, and connecting with top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through strategic initiatives such as LinkedIn, email outbound campaigns, Sales Navigator, cold calling, events, and conferences.
  • Use tools such as Apollo, Instantly, and Sales Navigator to build and manage outreach campaigns.
  • Meeting Generation: Book qualified meetings for the sales team — you won't need to run the meetings yourself, just make sure the right doors are opened.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture connections with key decision-makers, including executives, directors, and procurement teams.
  • Content Creation Support: Assist in creating engaging sales content like short product videos, tutorials, case studies, and targeted email campaigns to communicate the value of our AI solutions. (Note: advanced content creation is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.)
  • Support basic sales enablement initiatives, such as short demo videos or outreach content, when needed.

Requirements
Experience and skills:

  • Experience: 3+ years in business development or sales roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or AI technology sectors.
  • Enterprise Sales Exposure: Proven experience selling, sourcing, and prospecting into Fortune 1000 or large enterprise companies.
  • Outbound Expertise: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email outbound tools, and Sales Navigator.
  • Pipeline Generation: Demonstrated success in sourcing, prospecting, and generating pipeline for enterprise customers.
  • Technical Curiosity: Comfortable learning enough to confidently communicate product value and translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Creative & Proactive: A self-starter who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple initiatives, and finding new ways to connect with potential clients.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Tools: Hands-on experience using modern sales tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Not a good fit: Candidates with limited experience (e.g., sending emails to sell online courses), poor English, or no B2B exposure.

Nice To Have

  • Basic familiarity with AI tools — you don't need to be an expert, but curiosity and willingness to learn go a long way.
  • Experience with simple content creation, such as producing short videos or demos to showcase a product (advanced skills are a plus but not required).
