- Planificar y organizar las órdenes de producción desde el corte hasta el pespunte, asegurando disponibilidad de materiales y cumplimiento de tiempos.
- Supervisar el área de corte, verificando la selección de pieles, el uso correcto de moldes y máquinas, así como la calidad y el rendimiento del material.
- Coordinar el departamento de bordado, asegurando que los diseños, colores y hilos estén correctos, supervisando la programación de máquinas bordadoras y revisando la calidad del bordado antes de pasar a pespunte.
- Armar y entregar paquetes completos (por talla y modelo) a las áreas de bordado y pespunte sin errores ni faltantes.
- Dar seguimiento al proceso de pespunte, verificando puntadas, tensiones y acabados, y solucionando problemas técnicos o de materiales.
- Controlar la calidad en cada etapa (corte, bordado y pespunte) para garantizar que las piezas cumplan con las especificaciones del modelo.
- Gestionar y supervisar al personal, asignando tareas, organizando horarios y promoviendo buenas prácticas de trabajo.
- Registrar y reportar la producción, así como incidencias y necesidades de materiales al Jefe de Producción.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad en el uso de herramientas, máquinas de corte, bordadoras y máquinas de pespunte.
