Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to acquire and develop strategic hotel partners, tailor value propositions, and deliver differentiated commercial agreements.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and target new potential and strategic partners.
- Tailor value propositions and product offerings.
- Negotiate exclusive and tailored contracting agreements.
- Deploy strategic plans aligned with regional goals.
- Analyze competitor landscape and conversion potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial roles with direct partner interaction.
- Proven experience in contracting, negotiation, and account planning.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
