Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to acquire and develop strategic hotel partners, tailor value propositions, and deliver differentiated commercial agreements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new potential and strategic partners.
  • Tailor value propositions and product offerings.
  • Negotiate exclusive and tailored contracting agreements.
  • Deploy strategic plans aligned with regional goals.
  • Analyze competitor landscape and conversion potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial roles with direct partner interaction.
  • Proven experience in contracting, negotiation, and account planning.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
