Responsabilidades Principales

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar conceptos creativos bajo la guía de miembros senior del equipo
  • Traducir estrategias de marca en soluciones visuales efectivas para empaque, identidad visual y activos de marketing
  • Colaborar en la creación y aplicación de lineamientos de marca y sistemas gráficos
  • Participar en sesiones creativas y trabajar en conjunto con redactores, estrategas y equipos de cuentas
  • Preparar presentaciones visuales y archivos finales listos para producción
  • Asegurar la coherencia visual y cumplimiento de estándares de marca en todos los entregables
  • Asistir en revisiones internas y, en ocasiones, en presentaciones con el cliente
  • Mantenerse al tanto de tendencias, herramientas y tecnologías del sector para garantizar innovación en el diseño

Requisitos

  • De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en un rol de diseño, preferentemente en agencia o entorno de branding
  • Portafolio sólido que demuestre experiencia en diseño de empaques, identidad de marca y/o productos de consumo
  • Dominio de Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); conocimiento de Figma u otras herramientas digitales es un plus
  • Conocimiento de procesos de producción gráfica, troqueles y restricciones de empaque
  • Excelentes habilidades en tipografía, teoría del color y composición
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y cumplir con plazos en un entorno dinámico
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y presentación
  • Título universitario en Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación Visual o carrera afín
