About The Role
We are looking for a
Planner / Buyer
responsible for ensuring the availability of materials required for production, maintaining healthy inventory levels, and sourcing reliable suppliers to optimize lead times and costs. This role plays a key part in supporting manufacturing operations while aligning with financial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze raw material and supply levels to identify shortages or risks.
  • Ensure timely delivery and receipt of required equipment and components.
  • Plan material requirements based on production plans and inventory levels.
  • Maintain minimum and safety stock levels to ensure operational continuity.
  • Review and analyze inventory codes, status, and storage locations.
  • Prepare detailed reports related to inventory adjustments, stock levels, and material movements.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers to reduce lead times, costs, and supply risks.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material planning and procurement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in material planning or procurement within manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong planning and inventory management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Benefits

  • Monthly gross salary range: MXN 30,000 – 40,000
