This Position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment SpecialistYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. Each day, you will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Initiating Purchase Orders in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring, and tracking supplier performance to PO requirements.
Negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews price lists and terms and conditions.
Recommending frame agreements to management and executing upon approval.
Analyzing and evaluating bids to determine the optimal value.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or similar engineering.
5+ years of experience in procurement, finance operations, or audit-related roles, with at least 2 years in
indirect procurement.
Proven track record of process improvement and compliance enforcement.
Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating across departments.
Background in audit support, procurement controls, or financial compliance is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of indirect procurement processes, purchase-to-pay (P2P) cycle, and internal control frameworks.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba) and procurement analytics tools.
Knowledge of procurement compliance, audit requirements, and policy frameworks.
