Implementación de proyectos de ahorro, certificaciones y mejora continua.

Descripción General

Responsable de la implementación, seguimiento y ejecución de proyectos estratégicos de logística enfocados en reducción de costos, mejora de eficiencia operativa y cumplimiento de certificaciones (OEA, ISO, CTPAT). Actúa como enlace clave con auditorías externas y lidera equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar entregables en tiempo y forma.

Responsabilidades Principales
Asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos de certificación OEA e ISO.Gestionar auditorías y renovaciones, incluyendo atención a auditorías del SAT.Liderar proyectos de reducción de costos, incremento de seguridad o eficiencia operativa (CPT, master plan).Gestionar fondos para proyectos con inversión: elaboración de CAR, seguimiento y aprobaciones.Coordinar avances diarios con equipos multidisciplinarios y administrar recursos vs. plan.Elaborar escenarios y modelos de costo para implementación de proyectos.Mantener comunicación continua con gerencia y alta dirección.Brindar soporte al equipo eliminando restricciones para asegurar entregas puntuales.Colaborar con el área de Compras y realizar cotizaciones.Calcular ahorros y ROI por proyecto, conciliación de gastos.Soporte a iniciativas de PEAK, ISO y SEAL.Fungir como soporte líder para áreas funcionales, como embarque.Responsable de ejecutar OPL (módulo PEAK).Perfil del Puesto
Educación
Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o carrera afín a cadena de suministro.Experiencia
5 años en cadena de suministro, embarques, almacenes o mejora continua.Deseable experiencia con certificaciones OEA, ISO o CTPAT.Conocimientos y Habilidades
Liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios.Gestión de proyectos (PMO, diagramas de Gantt, teoría de restricciones).Conocimiento sólido de procedimientos de cadena de suministro.Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y con poca supervisión.Alta orientación a resultados, atención al detalle y cumplimiento de tiempos.Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas.Capacidad para influir y liderar equipos sin relación jerárquica directa.
