YOUR ROLE AT ZEGNA

you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding ZEGNA's promise of excellence by ensuring the seamless, compliant, and timely flow of luxury products from Italy to our boutiques, outlets, wholesale partners, and final clients.

Working in close collaboration with HQ Italy Supply Chain and local commercial teams, you will bring structure, precision, and strategic vision to our logistics operations—supporting retail performance, protecting brand standards, and enabling sustainable growth across the region.

How You Bring It To Life
Here's how you'll bring this role to life each day — shaping it with your expertise, leadership, and passion for operational excellence in luxury:

• Lead end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring premium service standards across transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
• Coordinate international imports from Italy and Europe, aligning production timelines, shipping priorities, and commercial calendars.
• Act as the key liaison with HQ Supply Chain, customs brokers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, and last-mile partners to ensure flawless execution and service levels.
• Oversee distribution centers, CEDIS, bonded warehouses, and inventory flows, ensuring accuracy, replenishment, and allocation aligned with luxury retail standards.
• Guarantee full compliance with Mexican customs regulations, SAT requirements, NOMs, Incoterms, and international trade laws, proactively managing risks and audits.
• Support Retail, E-Commerce, and Made-to-Measure (MTM) operations with on-time deliveries and white-glove logistics solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost optimization, process automation, and sustainability.
• Define, monitor, and communicate key logistics KPIs, translating operational performance into clear insights for senior leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop logistics teams and external partners, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and luxury mindset.
• Support new store openings, market expansion, and omnichannel projects across the region.

• You bring solid experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management within luxury retail, fashion, or premium consumer goods environments.
• You have a strong understanding of international trade, customs operations, and regulatory frameworks in Mexico, with exposure to LATAM markets as a plus.
• You are analytical and structured, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating effectively with Retail, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• You demonstrate leadership presence, emotional intelligence, and a natural ability to guide teams and partners toward shared goals.
