  • Procurement Strategy Development:

Develop and execute procurement strategies for customs clearance and last-mile logistics services in Mexico, ensuring high service quality and operational efficiency. Provide adaptable and feasible strategies in response to stakeholder requests, leveraging strong problem-solving skills.

  • Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customs authorities and logistics providers, optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing efficiency.

  • Supplier Performance Management:

Oversee and evaluate supplier performance to ensure alignment with Alibaba International's business objectives, compliance standards, and operational needs.

  • Cost Analysis and Contract Negotiation:

Analyze market trends, monitor costs, and negotiate contracts to drive cost savings and value optimization.

  • Cross-functional Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customs clearance and last-mile service delivery, addressing and resolving interdepartmental issues effectively.

  • Procurement Process Compliance and Improvement:

Adhere to procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize risks.

4、分析市场动态,监控成本,通过谈判和合同管理实现成本节省和价值提升。

5、协调内部团队,确保清关和最后一公里服务的顺畅,解决跨部门协作中的问题。

6、遵循既定的采购政策、程序和道德标准,确保符合相关法规。评估并改进采购流程,以提高效率、降低成本并降低风险。

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Experience:

7+ years of experience in procurement or logistics management, with a strong preference for expertise in customs clearance and last-mile services.

  • Technical Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of global customs regulations and supply chain processes.

  • Negotiation & Supplier Management:

Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management, with the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships.

  • Language Proficiency:

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish to effectively collaborate with global teams. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

  • Location: Mexico City
