Gestión y Coordinación

  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de KPIs en cada área (certificaciones, rotación, tiempo de cierre de vacantes, etc.).
    Asegurar la correcta integración entre procesos (ej. reclutamiento capacitación- nómina).
  • Priorizar recursos y resolver conflictos entre áreas.

Control y Seguimiento

  • Revisar avances semanales/mensuales de cada responsable.
  • Validar reportes de efectividad (cursos, encuestas, pagos).
  • Garantizar que las acciones disciplinarias y evaluaciones se ejecuten en tiempo.

Mejora Continua

  • Consolidar las 4 ideas de mejora de cada área y dar seguimiento a su implementación.
  • Proponer proyectos transversales que impacten clima laboral, productividad y retención.

Cumplimiento Normativo

  • Asegurar que todos los procesos cumplan con la legislación laboral y políticas internas.
  • Validar expedientes y documentación requerida.

Comunicación y Reportes

  • Informar al Gerente de RRHH sobre avances, riesgos y resultados.
  • Ser enlace entre el equipo y la dirección para iniciativas estratégicas
