This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Instructional Designer in Mexico. We are seeking a creative and strategic Instructional Designer to develop high-impact learning experiences for adult professionals. This role combines instructional design expertise with innovative use of AI tools to deliver engaging, practical, and data-driven learning programs. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design self-paced modules, virtual training sessions, and blended learning solutions. The position offers the opportunity to shape the organization's learning strategy, leverage generative AI technologies, and create learner-centric experiences that drive meaningful business results.   • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and deliver effective learning programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Apply principles of adult learning and evidence-based instructional design to create engaging, learner-focused experiences.
  • Develop blended learning solutions using e-learning modules, virtual training, on-the-job activities, and other instructional formats.
  • Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across all learning initiatives.
  • Integrate and leverage AI technologies, including custom GPTs, to enhance learning experiences and improve outcomes.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to ensure successful execution of learning initiatives.
  • Continuously experiment with innovative approaches to enhance storytelling and learner engagement.
Requirements:Proven experience in instructional design, learning program development, or related roles.Familiarity with AI applications in education, including large language models like GPT-4.Ability to prototype and implement AI-powered learning tools and solutions.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Passion for designing engaging, practical, and data-driven learning experiences.
