Job Summary

Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams that create excellent products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a professional in development located in Aguascalientes, Mexico, whose main function will be to provide technical support to the assigned areas of SMT and, ensuring and complying with quality, as well as the efficiency of the lines.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Provide technical support to SMT, PTH and Engineering support
  • Improve and develop processes focused on cost reduction
  • Increase productivity and efficiency of production lines
  • Ensure product quality and work on continuous improvement to keep yield within target
  • Eliminate safety risks for line personnel, in addition to taking care of product integrity by avoiding the generation of Scrap

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • High school diploma Engineering or related field is desirable
  • Knowledge of electronics
  • Intermediate level of English
  • PC and Office suite management
  • Knowledge of thermal profile taking and interpretation
  • Knowledge of paste printer and solder alloys
  • Availability of schedule
  • Teamwork
