  • Asegurar el plan de trabajo de distribución del mes y el cumplimiento de los indicadores de servicio
  • Validar la asertividad de los diagnósticos a desviaciones de Niveles de Servicio
  • Elaborar planes de acción para corregir las desviaciones de los Niveles de Servicio
  • Realizar análisis y diagnóstico de oportunidades en asesoría de venta.
  • Asegurar la existencia de una estrategia en conjunto con RH para mantener una sana relación sindical
  • Asegurar la rentabilidad de las operaciones de distribución
  • Garantizar la revisión y seguimiento del presupuesto de cada uno de los CEDIS a su cargo
  • Colaborar en el diseño de un plan de acción para la administración y control de activos
  • Asegurar el apego a los estándares de las operaciones de almacén y reparto
  • Asegurar el apego a los niveles de servicio establecidos en almacenes y reparto
  • Autoriza el programa de mantenimiento de vehículos e inmuebles para cada CD
  • Garantizar la alineación a la ejecución de las políticas de Protección Patrimonial
  • Evaluar el apego a la Disciplina Operativa de Almacén y Reparto
  • Facilitar la certificación de todos los procesos de Almacén y Reparto
  • Asegurar la implementación de los programas de capacitación y desarrollo de competencias
  • Participa con RH en el diagnóstico del ambiente laboral del personal a su cargo
  • Diseñar planes enfocados a la solución de las áreas de oportunidad en los procesos
  • Implementar acciones para asegurar la homologación de procesos
