WE ARE HIRING:

WE ARE HIRING: Creative Director (BTL) / (Project)
What We're Looking For: 
Requirements 8+ years of experience in a communication or digital agency (full service). - Fluent in English. - Previous experience as an Art Director, Senior Designer, or Creative in BTL or experiential agencies. - Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of content and creative strategies (essential). - Client service and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities - Assign the right members of the creative team (BTL associate, design, renders) according to the type of project. - Ensure creative quality in every deliverable by providing constant feedback and guidance to the team. - Present proposals together with the Business Director in a convincing way that aligns with the client's strategic objectives. - Adjust creativity based on production feedback or budget restrictions. - Develop and consolidate concepts and proposals with strong, distinctive, and feasible storytelling. - Proactively generate new products and services for sale.
Skill Creative conceptualization for BTL activations Brand experience design (events, activations, installations, point of sale) Art direction and visual supervision Knowledge of BTL production (POP materials, setup, logistics) Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Skilled in presentation and visual storytelling tools (Keynote, PowerPoint, Figma) Understanding of experiential marketing trends At another Group we respect and celebrate diversity.
