Our diverse, global team creates new SAP systems, performs upgrades, and manages performance and integrations across all of Continental's SAP systems. We're also creating a leading cloud-based data center that will ensure information flows even more smoothly to Continental teams around the world.

In this exciting job you work on the following tasks:

  • Supporting the administration maintenance of our SAP system incl. SAP upgrades, workload analysis, system health checks
  • Participating in rotating on-call weekend production support
  • Collaborating with SAP DC providers, operations & application teams for syst reliability & performance
  • Ensuring SAP operations based on internal and external audit requirements
  • Working on SAP cybersecurity to support cloud migration projects
  • Supporting Solution Manager for SolDoc, SEA, BPCA, CBTA applications
  • Providing Basis support for crucial business application projects

Qualifications

  • Academic degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification
  • Multiple years of work experience with SAP BASIS Administration
  • Working knowledge of SAP transport management, tech architecture, monitoring, and optimizing tech
  • Experience in Managed System Monitoring
  • Knowledge of SAP function modules, RFCs, ALEs and BAPIs, SOLMAN and SEA
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Intercultural sensitivity
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Efficient troubleshooting capabilities
  • Professional working proficiency in English, developable through training
