Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Battery Energy Lifecycle Coordinator based in Mexico City, Mexico, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The coordinator will oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of battery energy systems from procurement to end-of-life disposal. Responsibilities include coordination with suppliers and partners, tracking battery performance, ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance, and identifying opportunities for reuse, recycling, and sustainability initiatives. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain a streamlined and efficient lifecycle management process.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of and experience in battery energy systems and their lifecycle management
  • Skills in data collection, analysis, and performance monitoring
  • Understanding of sustainability practices, including recycling and environmental regulations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
  • Technical acumen and familiarity with energy technologies or energy storage systems is an advantage
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems for project tracking and data management
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
