Construye y desarrolla equipos de ingeniería que entreguen valor de manera sostenida. Balancea la excelencia técnica, la gestión de entrega y el crecimiento de las personas para asegurar que los equipos operen con alta autonomía, calidad y enfoque en impacto de negocio.

Tareas

Sobre tus responsabilidades

  • Delivery Management: Es responsable de la entrega de valor de los equipos bajo su cargo. Gestiona prioridades, recursos y bloqueos junto con stakeholders de producto y negocio. Asegura visibilidad y predictibilidad en las entregas, traduciendo objetivos de negocio en planes técnicos ejecutables y tomando decisiones que optimicen para la entrega sostenida de valor.
  • Engineering Excellence: Define y promueve estándares de ingeniería en los equipos (arquitectura, testing, code reviews, CI/CD, observabilidad). Balancea el desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades con la gestión activa de deuda técnica. Fomenta una cultura donde la calidad es responsabilidad del equipo completo, impulsando ownership técnico y mejora continua.
  • People Management: Desarrolla el talento del equipo mediante coaching, feedback constante y planes de crecimiento personalizados. Recluta, integra y retiene ingenieros y tech leads de alto nivel. Promueve un ambiente de aprendizaje, mentoría y colaboración donde las personas crezcan profesionalmente y se sientan parte de algo significativo.
Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Experiencia liderando equipos de ingeniería de software (incluyendo desarrolladores, tech leads y otros roles técnicos).
  • Sólidos conocimientos técnicos en arquitectura y desarrollo de software; capacidad de involucrarse en discusiones técnicas y decisiones arquitectónicas.
  • Experiencia comprobada en gestión de desempeño, coaching, feedback y desarrollo de carrera.
  • Capacidad para traducir objetivos de negocio en planes técnicos claros y ejecutables.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles y prácticas modernas de ingeniería (CI/CD, testing, code reviews, observabilidad).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y manejo de stakeholders técnicos y de negocio.

Tecnologías que usamos

Nuestro stack está diseñado para ser moderno, flexible y escalable, con AWS como plataforma principal de infraestructura y servicios cloud. En el frontend trabajamos con Vue 3, Nuxt y Vite para construir experiencias de usuario dinámicas y performantes.

El backend está construido principalmente en Typescript con Node, complementado con servicios en C# .Net cuando necesitamos mayor robustez o integración con ecosistemas específicos.

En algunos casos ejecutamos funciones serverless mediante Serverless & AWS Lambda, por ejemplo con Typescript, para cargas de trabajo específicas o procesamiento event-driven.

Exponemos nuestras capacidades mediante APIs REST, GraphQL y experimentamos con MCPs, todas documentadas con Swagger, mientras que para comunicación asíncrona y event-driven architecture utilizamos Kafka y Redpanda. Nuestras bases de datos incluyen MongoDB para flexibilidad documental y MySQL para datos relacionales.

Todo nuestro proceso de desarrollo y entrega se apoya en Docker para contenedores, GitHub para control de versiones, GitHub Actions para CI/CD, Datadog para observabilidad y monitoreo, y Backstage como plataforma de developer experience para centralizar herramientas y documentación.

Estamos invirtiendo fuertemente en AI para potenciar nuestra productividad y capacidades de desarrollo, incorporando herramientas como Cursor, ChatGPT, y Claude Sonnet 4.5 de Anthropic en nuestro flujo de trabajo diario.
