This position serves as both an operational and strategicliaison among the content development team, Trainers, the Training Manager, andother key departments. The primary objective is to ensure the effectiveplanning, execution, and oversight of instructional design initiatives,guaranteeing that deliverables are aligned with organizational objectives andadhere to established adult learning principles. The incumbent will oversee the development andimplementation of educational content projects, partnering closely with contentdevelopers to ensure the timely delivery of high -quality instructionalmaterials. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Education or related field. Advanced English Level. Content creation tools, such as Articulate 360, Rise 360, Storyline, or other authoring tools. Learning Management Systems (LMS).Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva. AI Design tools. Instructional Design Methodologies. Project management.  Job Responsibilities Administrative Responsibilities. 1.     Develop project plans, timelines, and key deliverablesto ensure the timely delivery of instructional content.2.     Coordinate all project activities, including contentdevelopment, review cycles, feedback, and updates.3.     Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews to guarantee theaccuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of educational materials.4.     Remain up to date on trends and advancements ininstructional design, learning technologies, and educational methodologies.5.     Manage project resources and timelines in collaborationwith the Training Manager, ensuring compliance with deadlines and deliverables.6.     Communicate progress, milestones, and potential risksto project stakeholders clearly and promptly.7.     Document progress and generate status reports toprovide visibility for all interested parties. Instructional Responsibilities.1.     Collaborate with content developers to understandproject requirements, learning objectives, and target audience.2.     Conduct needs assessments and analyze training goals todefine the most effective instructional strategies.3.     Provide guidance and support to content developersregarding instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and bestpractices.4.     Evaluate and review instructional materials to ensurealignment with project objectives and quality standards.5.     Mentor content developers, promoting best practices inboth instructional design and project management. Organizational Responsibilities. 1.     Promote and embody ICARET values within and beyond theclassroom, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and leadership.2.     Promptly escalate any critical issues identified duringtraining sessions to Management or relevant support areas.3.     Actively participate in strategic projects focused onthe development of brand ambassadors and the continuous improvement of thetraining area.4.     Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results -orientedwork environment within the training team.
