We are seeking a Salesforce Platform Consultant with hands-on Litify experience to join our fast-paced legal operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operations of the firm by designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards that support business and operational insights. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful legal work within a collaborative environment committed to excellence and growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards within Litify as assigned by the operations/leadership team.
- Partner with operations team to define reporting requirements.
- Optimize report performance and data accuracy.
- Document report logic and ensure consistency.
- Provide user support related to reporting and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- 2+ years Salesforce reporting and dashboard experience.
- Direct experience with Litify is required.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models.
- Experience translating business questions into reports.
- Salesforce experience required; certification a plus.
