FP&A Sr. Analyst

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura terminada en Finanzas, Económía, Ing. Financiera o afin
  • Manejo de Excel avanzado
  • Experiencia en creación de dashboards en Power BI
  • Dominio de algun sistema administrativo: SAP u Oracle deseable
  • 1 años o más de experiencia en procesos de planeación financiera, procesos de presupuestos, forecasting, previsión y diagnóstico financiero, OPEX
  • Inglés avanzando (conversacional y escrito)

  • Seguimiento a procesos
  • Análisis y síntesis de información

Actividades:


• Consolidar y analizar datos financieros (presupuestos, proyecciones de resultados, etc.) considerando los objetivos y la situación financiera de la empresa.


• Generar informes a partir de bases de datos de OneStream y Oracle así como recopilar y resumir datos para estructurar informes sobre la situación financiera y los riesgos.


• Desarrollar modelos de pronóstico.


• Identificar tendencias, elaborar narrativas sólidas y recomendar acciones al gerente de Planificación y Análisis Financiero (FP&A), al gerente sénior y a los directores de área con base en un análisis sólido.


• Realizar un seguimiento y determinar el estado financiero mediante el análisis de los resultados reales en comparación con las previsiones.


• Colaborar con el equipo de contabilidad para crear un proceso adecuado para registrar la facturación de servicios de todos los clientes.
