Legal & Business Affairs Coordinator
, you will be responsible for supporting the FOX LATAM Legal Department in tasks related to contract review and management, advertising regulatory compliance, obtaining permits and licenses, as well as the organization and digitalization of the legal archive. This role is key to ensuring that the company's commercial and operational activities are carried out within the applicable legal framework.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibility for drafting and reviewing contracts with third parties.
  • Support in the preparation of documents and reports for government authorities.
  • Review and analysis of notarized instruments.
  • Review of legal reforms that may influence the company's operations.
  • Monitoring the validity of acquired licenses and permits.
  • Supervision of legal compliance for advertising materials, in accordance with current regulations.
  • Management of legal procedures, including applications for licenses, permits, or registrations necessary for daily operations.
  • Organization, registration, filing, and digitalization of legal documents and corporate files.
  • Coordination with other internal areas (commercial, marketing, operations) to ensure legal consistency in processes and materials.
  • General support in administrative and legal tasks.
  • Compliance and risk management.
  • Perform risk analysis for commercial and operational projects.
  • Protect compliance with internal, regulatory, and contractual policies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Law Degree (JD or equivalent).
  • Fluency in the English language.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in contract review and drafting.
  • Basic knowledge of advertising regulations, civil contracts, and commercial law.
  • Basic experience in processing licenses, permits, or procedures before authorities.
  • Ability to work in an organized manner with attention to detail.
