Responsabilidades

Gestionar comunidades digitales (redes sociales: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) para la marca MG.

Moderar comentarios, responder mensajes, y servir de puente entre la audiencia y el equipo de marketing / CRM.

Manejo de protocolos de respuesta, escalamiento y gestión de crisis.***

Diseñar dinámicas de engagement: concursos, encuestas, preguntas, transmisión en vivo.

Monitorear menciones de marca, sentiment y tendencias en redes.

Colaborar con Creative / Copywriter CRM para adaptar mensajes de comunicación.

Reportar métricas clave: crecimiento de comunidad, engagement, alcance, tiempo de respuesta.

Trabajar con Marketing Automation Specialist para integrar CRM + social media (por ejemplo, enviar campañas a usuarios activos o

reaccionantes).

Conocimientos / Certificaciones

Experiencia como Community Manager o en Social Media para marca B2C.

Buen dominio de herramientas de gestión de comunidad (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Conocimiento de métricas de redes sociales y su relación con CRM (leads, conversiones).

Habilidades de comunicación escrita y moderación.

Deseable: curso o certificación en Social Media Management, Community Management o Marketing Digital.
