Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inventory: Floor to sheet / sheet to floor audits to validate material accuracy.
  • Inventory: Cycle Count audits.
  • Inventory analysis / reports.
  • Failed close analysis, report and process to ensure all work orders are in correct status.
  • Backflush review and analysis in order to detect and correct possible issues with material consumption for all the work orders.
  • Transactions and report of the IPOs.
  • Track, transactions and control of the Purge forms, debit memos and general inventory adjustments.
  • Physical inventory assistance doing audits and controlling documents related to the process.
  • Support with scrap report to be reviewed.
  • Support with CO & DO report – analysis.
  • Daily Std Hrs generation to be reviewed.
  • Manual Journal entries based on requirements.
  • Data entry for several topics/requirements.
  • Support with weekly and/or monthly reports.
  • Participation in projects assigned working with operations.
  • Month end close activities based on requirements.
  • Support to cost accounting team based on requirements.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field in process or near to end.
  • Experience in accounting and or manufacturing sector is required.
  • Experience on physical inventories process desirable.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Low level of English.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work with several areas/people.
  • Time availability to work on physical inventories, month end close process, etc.
