*What You'll Be Doing*
- Lead the tactical buyer process, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic procurement goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and adapt to changing demands.
- Implement material replenishment procedures that optimize inventory levels and meet supply demands efficiently.
- Drive supplier performance by ensuring timely delivery and managing inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems and environmental health and safety standards.
*What We're Looking For*
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- Several years of experience in Supply Chain or Materials Management.
- Proven experience in supervision and team leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with SAP.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
