We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented student to join our Corporate Procurement Team, supporting both Direct and Indirect Sourcing activities. This role provides a hands-on learning experience in procurement processes, supplier management, and data analysis within a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

The intern will work closely with Category Managers, Buyers, and Finance teams, assisting in supplier engagement, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support direct procurement activities for materials, components, and production supplies.
  • Assist in indirect procurement processes (services, IT, marketing, office supplies, etc.).
  • Generate procurement and spend reports using SAP and Excel.
  • Create and update purchase orders, vendor records, and contracts in SAP.
  • Maintain procurement documentation and compliance records according to audit standards.
  • Contribute to supplier performance tracking and improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Quality, Operations) to ensure smooth purchasing workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in: Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level (required).
  • German is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Familiarity with SAP (MM module) or other ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
