Facilities Supervisor

Job Description Summary

Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electromecánica, Electrónica o afín; 3 años de experiencia mínimo. Conocimientos de electricidad (alta, media y baja tensión), neumática, combustión, energías alternativas, Hornos tipo Batch, limpiadoras mecánicas y transportadores. Manejo de softwares de monitoreo y medición.

Job Description

Las principales responsabilidades del Supervisor de Facilities para nuestra planta LCMF en parque industrial Las Colinas en Silao, Guanajuato, México serán:

ØAdministrar el personal técnico del área.

ØAsegurar el entrenamiento y certificación del personal para la operación de equipos y herramientas del área.

ØAsegurar el cumplimiento a las órdenes de trabajo de PLEX en el tiempo planeado.

ØAnálisis e implementación de mejora en los procesos internos (cantidad, costo, productividad).

ØAnálisis de causa raíz a problemas repetitivos.

ØExperiencia en certificación ISO 50001 y 18001.

ØManejo de Paquete Office, Oracle, PLEX, Kronos.

Ø0 eventos de Seguridad.

ØCumplir presupuesto del área.

ØMantener el Nivel 4 en auditorías internas.

Ø10% en ahorro de energía (luz, agua, gas, etc.).

ØLograr 10% de ahorro en cuentas controlables.

ØCumplir con los objetivos de productividad del departamento.

Required Skills and Education

  • Experiencia en manejo de proveedores de material directo y servicios,
  • Experiencia en el seguimiento de entrega de ordenes de compras de bienes y/o servicios, generar iniciativas de ahorro de commodity managers.
  • Experiencia en el seguimiento a materiales indirectos críticos, cumplimiento en tiempo y forma de órdenes de compra.
  • Experiencia seguimiento a entrega de documentación correcta por parte de proveedores para correcto cruce y/o recibo de material.
  • Inglés conversacional.
