Work you'll do/Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of clients facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.

We are looking for a
Technical Project Manager
who has vast experience leading multiple teams under Agile best practices. Heavily experienced with stakeholder management, with proactive communication to maintain a healthy and active workflow both with stakeholders and the technical team.

Qualifications

Required

• 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Completion of coursework (
  Egresado
  ) in any pertinent field or industry.
• Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams.
• Identifies key drivers, defines problems, and proposes solutions.
• Advanced English level.
• Experienced working in Project Management for IT related teams and under agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Knows what is really needed to run a large PMO successfully - key project management and technical skills included.
• Pays close attention to details and communicates proactively - verbal, written, and presentations.
• Organized, manages time and documentation, can take direction, and offer their perspective and able to own it.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders at different levels to get the information needed on time.
• Prior technical background/experience (software development, QA, Data, DevOps, etc.).

Preferred

• Technical or Agile-based certifications are a plus.
