  • Production Planning & Scheduling:
  • Assist in creating and maintaining accurate production schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Support the allocation of resources and materials based on production priorities.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment and flag low stock levels to senior team members.
  • Ensure updated inventory records and contribute to stock accuracy efforts.
  • Order Management:
  • Track customer orders and ensure production plans align with order deadlines.
  • Communicate with production teams to meet customer requirements and urgent demands.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Internship or some experience in supply chain, production planning, or a similar role in manufacturing. Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in planning tools and software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems, or Excel).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and supply chain best practices is preferred.
